Why am I getting an “ADMIN: Video issues” ?
I am pulling video from amazon s3 and cloudfront, and have never had an issue until I moved the site to a development server and everything was working fine, for about 10 seconds and then this started happening. Videos won’t play for beta testers, and the admin is the only one that sees the ADMIN VIDEO ISSUES error.
There are no caching plugins, the site is running:
wp = v4.9.2,
php = v7.1.14
mysql = v5.1.73
apache = v2.2.34

The message means that although video works, the mime type set on your server is incorrect. Browsers often use the MIME type (and not the file extension) to determine how the file will be processed. It is therefore important to set it up correctly, as some browsers might have trouble with the playback. The correcr mime type for MP4 video is video/mp4.
Amazon S3 tends to set the mime type in the process of uploading your videos, therefore the issue has emerged when moving to another hosting.

Ahem, not trying to throw shade, whilst speaking truth to power: <b>NOT</b>!
It’s the same host. It was moved to a new directory on the same box, running the same OS. Nothing has changed about the site or the services. Nothing. I know this because IT’S MY BOX and I MANAGE IT in my OWN colo space!!!!
The mime type has not changed as it running fine from my other installation. Again, Nothing has changed except the location of where the files are being called from, as described above – same host, same os, slightly different folder location on the drive.
And <b>NO</b> the Video doesn’t work.

Sorry for the misinterpretation. The 403 error indicates that there is an issue with the access to the files. Could you please double check the security setting in FV Player Pro settings? Namely the CloudFront Access and Private keys and the listed domains.
