How can I ensure that my FV player is at best performance while using it with Jetpack VideoPress?

Sometimes when a video is playing and you skip to say half of the video, it just keeps loading till you skip to another part of the video; only after doing this can you now choose to skip to any other part of the video without having to wait for video to load and keep playing.

Thanks for your reply. I am using Elementor and I only used Elementor video embed tools to embed the video. I don’t see how elementor could have associated the video embed with fv player. Even after trying YouTube embed code, FV player still grabs it and skins the video. Please help
