What the domain name of your website? Let us know and we’ll check our licensing logs.
Also, please try re-installing both FV Player and FV Player Pro. WordPress will warn you that you might loose saved settings, but that’s not the case with FV Player.

Thanks for reaching to us! Yes, it’s possible to loop single video in our player via video actions. You can also hide any controls except the play/pause button.
With mobile autoplay it is little more difficult than that. In fact, most mobile browsers completely block audible autoplay thanks to the core device restrictions. It is possible to autoplay with our player on mobiles, but your videos will start muted. Unfortunately, there’s no way for us to go around this.

It depends on how your server is treating requests. It may happen that our licensing check request are blocked and in these cases it may take up to few hours for your license to update.
In this case it can be updated manually by just erasing your license key from your FV Player settings and saving them. Then just re-enter the license key, save settings again and your licenses will be updated.

That’s a common error message that our player shows to users when any issue with the video file appears.
Best would be to have access to more detailed info from your user. Please ask him which video have him this error and then try to check that video with our Admin Video checker. It will tell you more detailed info.

Regarding your first question, there aren’t any special settings that need to be configured for FV Player. Just make sure that the VAST wrapper is enabled and player type is set to “Another VAST-Compatible Player” option.
I’ve done more testing today and found an error. It looks like both ads provided by ExoClick (your and our test one) experience similar issues. Player occasionally loads them and they work fine but most of the time player gets empty VAST response and automatically skips the ad. I’ve sent report to our development team. We’ll keep you posted about it.
I was confused because when I tried testing your ad with our VAST tester on Friday, it worked right away without any issues.

If your range of outputs is for example from 1080p down to 360p there is no need to add any more outputs based on our experience.
You can add 270p for old mobile devices with slow internet connection however most mobile devices with mobile connection can play 360p videos without any issues nowadays.

Perhaps the crossdomain.xml file is in a wrong format or you’ve entered CORS policies into wrong place within AWS. If they were set properly our Admin Video checker would recognize it. Please check your settings.
The mime type can be fixed in your source S3 bucket. You can find more info regarding this in this guide.

I’ve done some testing and found issues when you try to mix Youtube videos with Vimeo playlist(and other way around). I’ve forwarded that to our development team fro a check. We’ll get in touch with you in the close future with more information.
Right now to mix Youtube and Video videos in one playlist you need to embed every video to the playlist manually.

Both FV Player Pro and Vimeo Security plugins will work even after expiration. The only difference is that you will stop receiving plugin updates which is highly recommended since both plugins need to be “maintained” at least once a while.

The behaviour with mixed content depends on each browser and it’s version. You can check for info about how Chrome handles mixed content here.
In fact, not having SSL certificate installed on your source server will probably cause more issues in the future. We highly recommend it. In the attachment you can see an error log for the first video which explain why Chrome behaves in such a way.

The first video file might be corrupted. Here’s a source link for it. as you can see even playing the video directly through browser won’t show you picture. It might be caused by the fact that it is hosted as http and loaded over https as mixed content.

We don’t keep track of how much licenses client actually uses since he can add/remove or change these domain names anytime and it would make a huge mess in our licensing system.
Also it is much more convenient for our users to keep track of only one single renewal date than keeping in mind every date the’ve registered new domain into their license.

With CORS you just need to add several headers into your server’s response, all is in the guide.
With crossdomain.xml it’s similar. You need to add an .xml file to your server’s root folder.
After that, everything should work fine.

You can deliver live streams via both HLS and RTMP with FV Player.
However we strongly recommend to use HLS since use of RTMP for web video is not recommended as it requires Flash and thus it won’t play on mobile devices.

You’ve probably attached wrongs screenshot, I haven’t posted it publicly.
However, if I try to access the file even with my browser, it gives me 404 error. Perhaps the file is hidden under some folder or your server might be blocking access.

Thanks for renewing the license and sorry for the inconvenience. After purchasing the renewal the license will turn active automatically again. Although, it can take several minutes sometimes which can lead to confusion. We’re trying to improve our system to prevent this from happening.
Let us know if your license eventually turned active or not. Also, let us know if you want to get a refund for the second $28 payment. If not, your license will stay active until 2022.

We’ve recently updated controls on volume bar. With the new update volume level can be dragged all the way to the left which will mute the sound and show mute icon.
After clicking on the mute icon the volume will restore to its original level.

Yes there’s a discount on VAST license as well. Although it’s not exactly 1/3 of the price as VAST license renewal costs $120. As Martin said VAST ad standards are changing really often and so is our VAST plugin and higher price is a compensation for amount of work on it.
We still believe that prices of FV Player and VAST are still really low compared to other similar services which offer video based monetisation.

For FV Vast license applies the same conditions as for the FV Player license. It’s a lifetime with update and support yearly subscription.
After the first year, you can use your FV Vast license without any issues, only difference is that you won’t have access to new updates.

To enable quality switching your videos need to be on the same URL as the guide that you’ve mentioned says.
I can discuss our possibilities regarding this feature with our development team.
Also, quality switching on FV Player works automatically without any flaws with different hosting options like Vimeo or AWS(HLS in general). We also strongly recommend to use AWS if you want to secure your video with encryption. AWS allows you to host, stream and encrypt your videos within one roof.
Although setting up AWS services can seem quite complicated we offer really detailed documentation for our users.

It’s dragged automatically from the Vimeo. You can easily remove or change the Video Titles in our FV Player shortcode editor.(check screenshot)
